A quarter century working with intellectual property, technology and publishing has made me very strong in advising businesses and individuals on protecting intellectual property; preparing, reviewing and negotiating license, development, distribution and joint venture agreements; and working with authors and publishers on copyright, defamation and other publishing law issues.

My expertise in structuring and negotiating contracts for IT products and services is greatly enhanced by the fact that I have been on the inside of corporations in almost every component of the computer industry and, in addition, almost all of that experience was gained in California.
