As a midsized Boston firm, we provide top-quality legal services to small and mid-sized companies. We do everything from start-ups to a $1.8 billion sale of a conglomerate in 2006. As a midsized firm, each client is important to us and each client works with both partners and associates (i.e "smaller clients" don't get pushed down to associates who are "learning on the job"). Our expense staructure allows us to provide servcies at more reasonable rates than other larger Boston firms.

I bring more than 30 years of experience in immigration law, with almost all of that time limited to business and employment based immigration. We specialize in high end problem solving, reprsenting company owners, Chief Executives, Key Managers and critical skilled individuals. I work closely with other business professionals to support the needs of international and high value businesses / employees.

I have broad technical experience from years working as a hardware and a software engineer in a computer computer. I have worked both in-house and in private practice as an attorney.

I spend more time with entrepreneurs than lawyers in professional settings, hence I understand their issues, speak their language, know how to meet their needs.
