During her talk, she will show us how to analyze the “right fit” candidate qualities, develop a candidate profile, source first-class candidates, develop a behavior-based interview script, and reference check based on behavior-based questioning. Our take-away will be a complete roadmap including proven interviewing questions, ideal candidate profile worksheets, and reference checking samples.

Shelley DeSimone, PHR, has developed and managed human resource policies and procedures for small to mid-size organizations for nearly fifteen years. Most recently, she served as Director of Human Resources & Quality for a non-profit organization in Boston. Currently, Shelley operates a human resource and executive search consulting practice. Her clients include Drake Beam Morin (DBM), a global human resource services firm; Jewish Vocational Service-Boston; and Jeanne Geiger Crisis Center-Newburyport among others.
